Tsenku Waterfall, also known as Chenku Waterfall, is a stunning natural attraction situated in the Dodowa Forest near the Shai Hills Wildlife Reserve in Ghana's Greater Accra Region.

The waterfall cascades from a height of approximately 250 feet, flowing over stratified rocks into a cool, clear pool. The Tsenku stream is joined by two other streams, 'Sanyade' and 'Popotsi,' before meandering into the sea. The surrounding area features exposed rocks within the valley of the small Popotsi stream, showcasing the geological forces that shaped the landscape. The forest is named after the Tsenku god, with a shrine located in Obosomase.

The waterfall holds historical significance, as the Dodowa Forest was the battlefield of the Katamanso War in 1826, marking the end of the Ashanti domination of the Gold Coast. A giant Baobab tree at the edge of Dodowa is where the ceremony was held to mark the end of the conflict. The waterfall is approximately 39 kilometers from Accra, making it a popular destination for nature enthusiasts and history buffs alike.
